Saturday: Got on a few on the island on topwater and under a cork. Rain screwed us all up. Only were able to fish for about 2 hours right at slack tide.

Heading back down to fish Tuesday with mountaintigah who's in town from San Antonio.

Going to duck camp tomorrow afternoon if you want to drag boat over to Falgout and I may need an attorney near by. Daughter told me today "Dad I haven't fished in forever you need to get your stuff straight"! I may have bumped her allowance if she said shite.

Weather looks great for the week, but I'm all booked up through Sunday. Any size to those fish?

Don't forget about shrimp season starting.

Usually stirs up the water a bit early on.

Does it start tomorrow or the following Monday?

Shot a limit Saturday night in Cocodrie. Fished the back side of last isle- caught about 15 specks.

We were the first ones out as my camp is down the bayou. When I tell you the rain let up in Cocodrie, there must have been a shot gun start because 8 more boats arrived within 1 minute of each other.

Seems to be everyone's fave spot.

A few years ago you may have seen a boat or 2 on the backside of the island. I have caught more limits on the backside than on the beach. I do not like this news
