Looking into a double burner to cook stews/Gumbo/fry food outside. What kind do you have, and where do suggest to buy buy one. Live in Thibodaux Area.

I was thinking 500-600 max. But I figured I can get something decent for 350?

Unless you want to be fancy and spend that much, my wife picked this one up for me 3-4 years ago for under $100. I don't see me parting with it anytime soon. Sum bitch is sturdy and all the burners still work flawlessly. Flame adjusts well too. Here you go

ETA- the legs come off and you can take the wind flap off to fit larger pots. I've put 2 4gallon pots on there with the guard on.

350 bucks seems like way too much unless you're getting it custom welded in some decorative pattern, is there some specific feature you're looking for?

I forgot to link it the first time. Fixed it.
I'm sure there are better burners out there, but all the cooking I do, it surprised the shite out of me. Thought I'd have to spend way more.

Definitely and much cheaper. But you can also get something really nice for that budget.

I havent used this particular unit, but have used this brand for an entry level type burner. has a 105k burner and 60k

I bought a Bayou Classic 3 burner about 9 years ago. Still works like a champ.

I did have to get a different regulator as the one that came with it did not do a good job with all the burners going at the same time.

You can get the exact one for 170 bucks on Amazon.

what ever you buy make sure it has the ring burners and not the cheap ones that will only run at high heat made only for boiling.

Look online for the cajun shoppe. It is located in Lake Charles but you can order online. Has a good selection and are very well built.

I've been looking for a single oval burner for my magnalite pot but no dice. May look at that double burner, hard to pass that up for $100.
