Have had a male and female lab for years. The female black, who is fixed is 8 years old, the male yellow rescue is I think around 4 years old. Just adopted another male one year old and its been a free for all with the two males. I just brought the new male home and holy shite, they tangled at least 6 times. My wife googled this shite and told me i fricked up by not introducing them in a area where no male is dominate. So I've been keeping them separate since. This is new to me. What does the OB say? TIA.

That you don't know enough about dogs to know that two grown male dogs are going to fight until an alpha is established. Good luck you are in for a long bloody road.

and she is 100% correct. Been there done that. Almost got my male pup killed by my female when he was little. Ended up having to walk them at my parents house together because that areas wasnt "hers". Did that a few days, then started walking them together in my front yard a few days before i could walk them in the fenced in back yard where she lived. Took a couple weeks, buy it was as if a light switch went off. They have been best pals since.

Different situation with opposite sexes though. It will be a lot more difficult with two males. It could be as simple as an alpha and the other cowering down all the way to the pair never being able to get along.

I figured if the female was fixed, would be no problem. I was wong. When I brought the dog home, the home dog got all over the newbie. Now the newbie is all over the home dog. Stalemate fricking mate.

Has absolutely nothing to do with the female. Dogs are pack animals that revolve around the presence of an alpha to control the pack. Until that alpha is established your dogs will fight. The other getting beat down may not take to the new rank and may continue to fight and if that is the case you will probably have to get rid of one or have them permanently separated.

Are your males neutered? I'd take one of their balls, if not.

This doesn't always matter and with both looking to be rescues that most likely are both fixed.

No, everybody has balls, even me. The oldest male is not registered, the new one is. The oldest male has been hunting with me for two years, and is doing a bang up job. This new male, which is registered, is a high dollar mfer. Like to train and sell it down the road for some serious cash, but on the other hand have bonded with it, and its a smart sob. Not to mention it has pedigree out the ying yang.

Usually "adopted" and "rescued" dogs are fixed. Sometimes clipping fixes the dominance battle and sometimes it doesn't either way that would be my first step.

Let them fight it out then. Most likely one will break just try to observe as much as possible for safety and don't get bit trying to separate. Good luck.
