Does anyone know of a good under gunnel rod holder?

Looking for an under gunnel 2 rod holder. Would like one that folds out of the way when not in use.

Im just typing out loud because I was just thinking about this the other day.
I think it should be pretty easily done with a couple of cutting boards (or the real deal with uv protection) and a jigsaw/handsaw...whatever saw you got really. Get some suitable small hinges and some bungee cords with stopper balls.
There is a guy on microskiff.com I think who sells them.
