Costa will probably do it for you. Have you contacted them?

Costa' lenses are about $70 so twice as more, and I'm not sure I want to put that much into such old frames. Also, if I go this route, I don't have to send off and wait and be without them for 2-3 weeks.

I put fuse lenses in some old costas.
The fit is a little loose (lenses move around a touch) and I don't particularly like them. If you're just trying to repurpose some frames you'd otherwise trash, go for it. Mine are like the fifth choice sunglasses I leave in my glovebox for sunshine emergencies.
But, I may be a little biased as I don't particularly like Costas to begin with, so combining them with mediocre lenses doesn't help.

Thanks for the input. I only have one pair of sunglasses and need to decide on getting a cheap academy pair while my costas are out on warranty, finally upgrade and keep these as a backup pair, or put lenses in these.

don't do it. They are super cheap
I bought a replacement pair for my fathoms. I later purchased another pair of fathoms from coata a couple months later and the lens are like apples and oranges.
The Fuze ones had the quality of gas station glasses compared to the new pair of costas I got.

Ok good deal thanks. This is the kind of response I was looking for. I think I'm going to get an entirely new pair and new lenses for my current pair.
