Dirt spreading/leveling in Baton Rouge

I'm looking to have some sand/river silt combo spread/leveled across my yard to 1. build it up to be level with neighbors and 2. increase drainage.
Any recommendations?
Yes, I know I can do this on my own or with friends, but time is the issue. Would rather come home from work one day and it already be done.

Be careful about putting too much dirt around trees or you will smother the roots and the trees will diee.
I lost 9 trees out of 20 by spreading topsoil around them
