Last year ended on a sour note when some big bad dilla broke out and ravaged both of my "humane" traps. I called it a year at that point and picked up the traps.

Started seeing a few holes in the yard here and there so I repaired one of the traps that was in half decent shape and put it out last week. No luck but not much lawn damage. Until this morning....

Under my big oak looks like the beaches of Normandy there's so many holes. And went check my trap and its torn apart again. So basically I'm looking at the mother of all armadillos!

Is there a trap that I can make that can withstand such a beast? Should I go Scorched Earth? Or any other trapping suggestion? Need to be able to stick a .22 barrel in to finish her off.

Steamlight on the bottom of a glock.

If residential, compound bow and flashlight.

I trapped one in the traps from home depot. I was there when he went in. I flipped it upright so he couldn't push the door open. Yeah, that didn't stop him. He climbed up amd mangled the door so bad, it was unfixable. All i had in my hand at the time was a stick so i wopped him on the head as he took off. I never saw him again at least
