deer stand rip off central louisiana

So I enquired with a local fellow about deer stands he was advertising . Prices were high so I backed out . He calls me the next day and says he has one that has not been picked up and he would discount it . I agree , he delivers it to lease and it is missing bolts , latch , ladder, and he proceeds to break 3 of the 4 windows when installing them . States he will come out the next day and install all of the missing parts . Now we are two weeks later and he won't return calls or emails . Partially my fault as I paid him upon delivery . Buyer beware .
