I've got some property in Lafitte, LA right across from Joe's Landing. It's just a bunch of woods, but I was wondering if anyone has hunted in that area for deer or hogs. Also if its legal to hunt there.

If it's in Lafitte, and there are deer there, someone is already hunting it.

I used to go back in the woods all the time as kid. I used to live on Auther Lane. I have hunted back there several times and there are deer back there. Never seen any hogs. I never knew who owned all the land and was never told by anyone that we couldn't be back there. I only have ever knew of maybe 2 other people that have hunted back there but I doubt it they still go back there. I was wanting to go back there and hunt again this season. So do you own all the land across the highway from joes landin?
