I use Super X Win. 130 Grain "Power Point" on my .270 770.

I tested it out from 150 yards and it was still dead on. The bullet never even drop. I love this Gun and these bullets are great for it.

Congrats on a new gun!

The 270 Win is a wonderful big game round. I agree w/ an earlier comment.

Buy one box each of Remington Core-Loks and Winchester Power Point and hunt w/ whichever shoots best. You'll not be overgunned when hunting deer or hogs (as long as you stay away from a 600# hogzilla!).

I shoot 100 gr core lokt from my M77 .243. Drop deer every year.
