Building in Luling, already own the lot and would like to build in the 250K range.

Not so much in a custom range, not sure I know many in specific Luling area. I insure Renovate Inc in Kenner, Nicks a great guy, longtime family business.

I live in Thibodaux and Schumacher has a few homes out this way. My wife and I looked at them, but we didn't like the home design's they had.

Watch out for the large volume builders. They will give you a really good price to start and then eat you up with "upgrades"
