Coyote appliances

I built a house 2 years ago and the builder put in a Coyote grill, I had never heard of them, nice grill. This year I noticed that one of the burners had rusted out, called customer service and they didn't ask any questions, like when did I buy it or the serial number or anything, just my address and sent out a whole set of new, stainless steel burners, not sure why the originals weren't stainless. Taking the old burners out, I noticed another piece had rusted out, the part behind the burners. Once again called customer service, they say no problem, they will send out that piece, well, that piece on my grill was welded, not bolted on, I tell them that and their answer was to send me a complete new grill, got it 2 days later. Everything in this grill is stainless and I'm pleased with their customer service. I would buy a grill from them again based solely on their customer service.
