This. And alot of times if you rent one on a saturday morning they will give you Sunday for free. So you get sat/sun/mon morning for $20.

Mounting an engine isn't difficult. Installing a cable steering system isn't difficult. Ive done both on my boat. The issues are how to handle floor installation and how to configure the bottom of the boat. Wiring is easy once you make the decisions about how you want it wired. Everything requires intelligent planning. I would have to say the floor and other structure fabrication is the one thing you have to think about and design most carefully.

I have a friend that was selling a bare bones stripped down 20' Gravois. If that's something you're interested in, I can see if it's still available.

Only if you have something to fish out of for the foreseeable future. I like projects, but hate PROJECTS.
