Concrete patio - recommendations

Looking for some recommendations on a company or someone to add on to an existing concrete patio. Addition will be about 11x14 and also adding a small area to another section with some curves.
Also, would prices be higher right now due to demand?

Call a local Concrete company and ask for a list of reputable Concrete subs

I would form it up yourself and hire someone to finish concrete.
