We tear em up at coons point... Usually a lot of boats there on weekends. I know someone who caught 4 limits of specks at the pickets earlier this week, fwiw.

Been there done that. When they aren't biting at the island fish enstar, picketts, mardi gras. Weak tides it is better to fish the platforms. Lets keepo this b/w us

I really don't even know where those are. I've fished them a bunch out of other boats and not really paid much attention.

Enstar is just a few miles west of coon point. Old wooden structure. Picketts and Mardi Gras are 3-5 miles to the west of that. You will see the platforms from enstar.

Yes. No idea on direction. It has 3 huge fans. I guess they are cooling some big-arse engines. Don't know. Had real live humans on it too.
