Anyone fish City Park/ Bayou St. John? I wanted to start since the weather is getting warmer and I was looking for a few tips. There is not much info on the web?

Never fished there but I know the Wildlife Biologist who is in charge of City Lake and said last time they did testing in the lake they shocked some LARGE bass...

I used to fish Bayou St.John a lot when I was in high school. Worm fishing produced the most results. We caught some nice 3-4 pounders... The biggest was one that was pushing 5 lbs.

All you need is a freshwater fishing license. Check out the details and map on their website.
