Citrus tree fungus

I have a meyer lemon tree that got a major fungal infection last year. Is there a general purpose fungicide that I can spray on this year's leaves as they emerge to keep that in check?

Liquid copper fungicide.

I used 1/2 cup of bleach to one gallon of water with no problems. I use one of those pump garden sprays.
