CCA basically kicked the can down the road on water access stating they want a committee to be formed to study the issue. LSU Sea Grant just finished a study. Will this become the next "new bridge over the Mississippi"? Studied over and over with no resolution? Consider that CCA is not on the side of sportsmen but rather on the side of rich and powerful oil companies and landowners. LINK
