Buying a camp

Been thinking about buying a camp. Looking at one on the water. I have two young chirrens that are 8 and 6. Pros, cons? Want to create some good memories for them when they get older. Should I? Seems to be a no brainer in south Louisiana.

the cons are obviously cost for relatively little useage usually equals a good bit of $ per night that you spend there....
also, if you think you have a lot of shite break on your house, you have all of the same shite on a camp....so everything doubles. plus, camps are pretty common targets for theft, so someone is gonna steal your shite every now and then...
positives are that you and your family will have some damn fine memories that will last a lifetime...and if you miss the opportunity to do that, you can never get it back...
