Bowhunters, what is your preferred footwear and why?

I switched to larcross rubber covered neoprene calf high boots a few years back for scent control reasons. The idea being that scents do not stick to the rubber outer boot like they would to a leather or fabric hunting boot. Additionally any human foot odor is kept inside the boot. Also due to their height I can tuck my pant legs in and keep the cuffs of pants from making noise and tracking scent also. I do need a waterproof boot frequently during season due to walking through wet trails and 1-3" deep puddles on the way to the stand.
However, I find that my feet sweat in those if it is above 50 degrees or I walk a long distance as they boots do not breath at all. If it is cold and I walk a long distance and my feet sweat on the walk in, my feet then get colder than normal while sitting in the stand later. I also find the taller boots less comfortable when seated in a stand and somewhat noisier than leather boots on metal stands.
So what do you fellas do and why?

Normally snake boots but when it's cold enough I switch to my Lacrosse 800G rubber boots
I make sure to spray both the inside and outside of the boots with scent "eliminating" spray before each hunt also

Boot is super lightweight and very comfortable. I've worn them for years both turkey and bowhunting.
