Does anyone lease land through BMC? If so, how are they as lessors? I may be in a position to pick up a lease from them and I'm curious as to whether anyone has any experience in dealing with them.
I've never heard anything bad, so I don't think there's anything I should look out for, but I figured I'd pick the collective OB brain to see if anyone had anything to say.

I've been wanting a lease in that area and spoke with them this year. But I have a surface drive that I can't drive on their property...
Will keep looking in Reggio/ Delacroix areas.

I do too, but I'm not opposed to selling it and picking up a used outboard for whatever I could get for my motor.
