I've been using Roundup for the past few years, and it kills the weeds but they come right back. I've heard about the vinegar and salt mixture but haven't tried it yet. Does it work? Also heard about using diesel. What is the best thing to use if i don't want to keep spraying every other week? Thanks

Around fence post, and around the flowerbed. Not real sure the kind of grass and weeds they are. Pesky though

Get the concentrated Roundup (or concentrated generic) and mix it at double strength. It will definitely kill the weeds. Spray it when you don't expect rain for a couple of days. It will work.

Get Round Up concentrate, 2-4-D, add a dash of soap and spray. It'll kill everything

Which basically the Ortho GroundClear or Spectracide Vegetation Killer you can by about anywhere. Add in the Spectracide Weed Stop plus Crabgrass killer and you have Glyphosate, 2-4d, & dicamba all in one.

Mix Roundup with 2-4D

You’ll need an applicators license or a friend with one to buy 2-4D

Mix the RoundUp with 2,4-d and pour some atrazine in there for residual.

What RoundUp are you using? The premixed stuff or do you have some real RoundUp that you are mixing yourself?

2,4-D is not a restricted use herbicide that requires a pesticide applicator’s license to purchase, at least for home use. All the retail plant nurseries and hardware stores in BR carry it.

Not totally wrong. 2,4-D is only restricted in quantity in Louisiana. You can buy as many quarts as you'd like, but will need an applicator's license to buy a 2.5 gal jug of it.

But a 2.5 gallon jug of killzall and read the directions for mixing with 24d and making an oil slurry. It's all in the book on the side of the jug.
