Not sure if Dave has won the world chapmionships but he is a judge. However I don't believe he has judged in a good while. You can't go wrong with Dave Luke he has mounted quite a few birds for me over the years. I had Hynes do my last few I have been happy.

Have had two standing/preening mounts done by Kevin Hynes, both are very good.
Knew david luke when he was in Mandeville and his work is outstanding, but think he's a bit more $$ and likely longer turnaround than Kevin......though Kevin ain't cheap either.
Currently have a speck goose at Kevin's shop. I think from your location you cannot go wrong with him, especially for a standing mount, which is what he won his world championship with (woodie).
