Impressive. Most turkeys don't live that long.

Texas would be my bet. WIll hear 50 birds a morning and likeley see a lot of birds. That would be my choice assuming you aren't just looking local.

Are you talking public places around Baton Rouge or thinking about taking a long weekend trip?

My vote would be to load him up and haul him to Texas.

Haven't been to Red River in a few years but it seems like we'd see birds all over the place during squirrel season.

I havent been in a few years but Sherburne used to have alot of birds if you wanted to walk to the back and get away from the crowds. I used to hear birds every time I went.
