I want to buy a bike tire pump. Floor pump with a gauge.
Any brands that are better than others? Would like to spend under $35

Ya, that's why I asked here. Just wondering if someone had a favored brand.

99% of all the pumps are made by the same company they private label them. Last one i bought the gauge blew up and off. dicks or academy even walmart you be fine. These guys make good stuff the professional model you can rebuild it prob not with this one.

I had a Joe Blow, it was real nice. I now have a Work Force and a Bontrager Turbocharger HP and both are nice with more of a lean to the HP. Not sure what any of them cost, I know someone.

Is it for road or mountain bikes? It matters because of the difference in tire pressure.
Are you using presta or schrader valves or both? If it's both its handy to have a pump that can handle both without changing heads.
Are you running tubeless? Tubeless tire are a pain to seat with a regular pump.
