I think that comes with the

part of the deal.

How much do you think RTic is paying to have cups made?

Do you think they are made in the same factory as Yeti?

I'm thinking $2-3 each and yes..... made in the same factory.

If you factor in amortizing the cost of the custom tooling I'm going to say the per piece cost is above $5. Then you have the lid and packaging.

Being that the tumblers are different dimensions, if they are indeed made in the same factory, I'd imagine Yeti would be the primary customer for that factory and RTIC the secondary. Said factory would charge the secondary customer more to retool their equipment in order to produce their product. So I doubt RTIC is using the same factory and charging a lesser price.

I'm thinking 28.50 would be a good price.

Yeti and Rtic both are made in China from same company ...right before Christmas there was a shortage of those 30oz yeti tumblers everywhere and a friend of the wife ordered 250 of those things straight from China 2 day air and used a vinyl machine to recreate the yeti logo.....she made a killing didn't have 5 dollars in one and sold them for $30 and $35 bucks!

Kind of hard to add either logo when they are stamped into the product

Yeti certainly has a case that she profited off their name. People who bought them also have a case of misrepresenting the product if she did indeed say they were Yeti.

That looks well within tolerance for a Chinese factory

If course Yeti would have a case if they knew or cared. People didn't give 2 shits they were Chinese and had a sticker in them. They sold as fast as she could make the dang stickers. My wife was over there all damn night long after work help her cut amd put them on the cups. People in the dang driveway like vultures....if she would have ordered 500 she would of sold them all that week it was nuts.
