Backpack Sprayer Recommendation

I've been toting around a 2 gallon hand pump sprayer the last few years and it will need to be replaced soon.
Thinking of upgrading to a backpack model.
I have 765' of ditch at my house that I spray about once per year so I want something comfortable to wear.
Are the $80-$100 name brands (Echo/Stihl) more comfortable and higher quality than the $30-$50 sprayers or are they just charging a premium because of their name?

I've got a 4 gallon Stanley that I paid around $50 for at Sams. The majority of the pieces are plastic and I'm sure it won't last near as long as more expensive ones. I've been happy with it though so far

I have a 4 gal (i think) Stihl. It's very comfortable but have nothing to compare it to. Only thing I don't like is it seems I have to pump the handle constantly to get the flow I want, but that might be user error.

Solo. They make 3,4 or 5 gallon. I have a 5 gallon diaphragm pump. The alternative to diaphragm is a piston pump. The 5 g is heavy when full. Edit; Mine is 7-8 yrs old, I've replaced the diaphragm twice.

I have a Chapin 3 or 4 gallon. It gets light use, but it's done well over the 5 years I've owned it. Doesn't feel cheap, I think it's worth the money.
I think a big part of keeping them up is flushing them after use, getting all the chemicals off that dry or clog it.

Have had my Stanley for 5+ years, replaced a part that pushes the piston up and down last year. Use it a lot during the summer only. Used it today, 4 gallon model.

I have the same one for about 6 years use it about 4 or 5 times a year. I'm sure the more expensive ones would be a little better or more comfortable but I'm happy.

I have the Stanley 4 gal from Sams. I've had a few of these through the years. For what it's worth, if you follow directions and flush out with water after each use and never let the weed killer set in pump for a period of time the diaphragm will last much, much longer.
