I am looking at this boat and wondering if anyone has any experience with this specific model? Any information would be greatly helpful.

We have the "1900 offshore" and love it. Everyone I know with a nautic star is very pleased with it if that helps

Looks like something you get as a compromise when you want a bay boat but your wife wants a party barge and you don't have the nuts to put your foot down

Oh, mine suggested that one. I told her I would keep the Skeeter until it crumbled into a pile of dust before getting it.

It is an interesting boat for someone like myself that has a family and would like a "cruising" boat but yet does a good amount of fishing.

not really, your wife suggested it and you were taking her opinions into too much account.

How big of a family do you have? This thing is capable of seating 10. That means you're carrying like 5 people who need to get their own fricking boat. That would get crowded quick on a 21' boat.

There's not a lot of comfortable seating on my champion fishing vessel.

I may have voiced what she wanted. That had nothing to do with anything. I was looking into bay boats for a while. Besides, it's her boat too.
