There's a line coming out before it hits the regulator, that may be a high pressure line. I'm not familiar with it. Take the plug off the valve, open it and see how much pressure you have coming out.

If it is, I'd have to run about 100' of line to reach the back patio

If there is not a regulator at the tank, I am willing to bet that fitting is full pressure. You can tap in there
