no specific recs, but I would recommend something as robust as you can find due to the ambient heat and as little electronics as you can find due to the humidity.

I'm about to be moving into a house where I will probably get a fridge outside near the pool. I've checked craigslist, and there are tons for sale cheap.

I just bought a Frigidaire 10 cubic ft for $300 from Lowes.

An old used one.
Upgrade you kitchen fridge and put old on in garage.

Get one with an ice maker. You can easily run a line from your water heater and then, you have ice and chilled water.
I just did it, following a kitchen remodel. I like the garage fridge more than the kitchen.

I have a Frigidaire that's been outside for 10 years..... still pumping along. My sister in law gave it to me because they have a dent in the door. I use it to store drinks, sacks of crawfish when needed, leftovers.

My 30 year old shop one is still kicking, and I found out today that my kitchen one is not. Damn fridge is at 45 and freezer is at 32.

That's what we did. When we bought our house we didn't like the kitchen so we bought a small Kenmore. When we finally settled on a true kitchen fridge we moved the Kenmore to our garage. It lasted all of 3 years of which a little more than one was in the garage.
Neighbor across the street has had a Kenmore in his garage for 10 years and it's still working.

I got a plain old Hotpoint (I think) that I found out to the road sometime around Katrina and Rita.
Actually, found 3 of similar condition and size like that, just a little musty inside (nothing soured or rotten).
Shoved them into the back of my pickup, and hooked them up to an extension cord.. 2 worked fine. I got rid of the dead one and the smaller one, kept the biggest one (about 5 ft tall, your standard cheapo bargain home fridge/freezer), hosed it out after bleaching it down, and when it dried out, I hooked it up on my back porch, loaded up with beverages. Put meat in the freezer part, along with a gallon jug of water/ice.
Outside is sweaty as hell in the summers, and beginning to rust a good bit, but it is still plugging away fine, keeps a good seal still. Interior is as clean and dry as ever. At any time I keep it stocked with a few cases and bottled water.
I believe that's the key, keep it full and once it's cold, it stays that way.
I think I might clean off the rust and spray some decent rustoleum appliance paint on it this fall, but it's held up well, considering the climate... it's not even in a closed-in garage. It's under the roof, but it's in an open-air porch, that is screened in.
I suppose in theory, a stainless one would withstand the constant humidity better.

Used, older and cheaper is better. You don't want any electronics.
