Gonna drop some crab traps, would like to do it tonight, but won't be able to go do some fishing till tomorrow. Any ideas?

You may want to check with Wildlife and Fisheries, the commercial fishery is closed this month and it may extend to the recreational side as well.

Instead of heads, find somewhere that sells whole pogey. There are a couple places on the road to Cocodrie and a guy around the Rigolets that I know of.

searched the LDWF site, didn't see anything on the rec side.

Thanks for the advice, hopefully we catch more than a buzz...

Just about any marina that has fisherman cleaning fish at the docks. Especially if you can find a guide coming in because they almost always clean the fish at the dock.
