Age a hunting license & duck stamp are needed

Residents and non-residents younger than 16 years of age and residents who have reached 60 years of age prior to June 1, 2000 and have lived in the state for two years prior to application are not required to obtain the following licenses: basic and saltwater fishing, basic hunting, big game, bow, muzzleloader, LA duck, turkey stamp. PROOF OF AGE MUST BE CARRIED ON PERSON.
