10mm is nowhere in the same ballpark as .41mag
It's a common misconception. Some hot 10mm loads are on par with some very watered down .41mag loads. The .41mag will comfortably do far more than hot 10mm's
When loaded to standard pressure, the 10mm and .357mag are very close to each other with similar weight bullets.

9mm is the right choice. 40 is a silly round and "stopping power" is somewhat of a myth. It all depends on the ammo.
