Anyone here own one?
Looked at buying a new party barge and this motor is an option.

I would go with a 115.
We had a 20' party barge with a 115 and i wouldn't have wanted anything less than that on it

If the Mercury 115 with Command Thrust lower is available, I would go that route. Not much cost difference for a decent bump in horsepower. Your fuel economy at cruise speed will be much better with the 115 since the engine will not have to work as hard. A lot of pontoon manufacturer performance reports have the 115 only 2-3 mph slower with slightly lower economy than the 150 on the same hull.
