$35 for lawnmower blades. Is that cheap?

I bought a Yard Man 42" cut for my hunting lease and now it needs new blades.
I found them for $35 at Lowe's. Is that a decent price?
I've never replaced the blades on my Honda at home. I just sharpen them every year.

The blades you buy off the shelf, do they come pre-sharpened?

Nearly always pre sharpened. I have gotten some large ones that were just machined out, but even that is rare.
