Nothing but does with yearlings yesterday
Hoping to eradicate a 3 1/2 year old cowhorn spike before he plants any inferior seeds over the next couple of weeks. Feeders getting pummeled overnight, a couple of nice racked bucks. Naturally, what is usually our best week next week is predicted to be record highs.

After getting buzzed yesterday evening by wave after wave of woodies, might need to bring my shotgun and set up on one of their sloughs

We have some new members that won’t last long. I had one (40-45 years old) ask me this morning where the stand was he signed in for. I told him exactly how to get there. He rode the gravel road for 15 minutes trying to find the gate . My 12 year old got a kick out of it .

Its always just been me and my 2 uncles and a work friend of theirs in here for 15yrs or so. Well one uncle decided he didnt wana hunt any more. So that work friend said "i have a guy" he has come in and done shot twice this week. Which isnt a prob as long as the deer is right. I know first is a doe "which we normally dont shoot this time of yr, but its still okay" no clue what this was. But it best not be another doe or a small buck.

Making the morning hunt then heading home. A doe or decent buck will be in trouble if he comes in range. Seen a hog right at dark here yesterday, l shoot him too if he comes back. Good luck.
