Youtube making millions off of jihad videos

but pissing off their advertisers at the same time. big boo boo slipped through the cracks here.

How exactly do you prevent something from "slipping through the cracks" with such an insane amount of content being dumped on your servers?

I'd prefer a free YouTube with occasionally suspect ad placement over having to pay a subscription because YouTube had to hire thousands of Mechanical Turks to insure no one gets faux outraged.
