I am not long enough to service option 1.
I wouldnt even get hard, so option 2 for me.
1. Any women under 5 3" in reasonable shape up to 20 lbs over optimum bmi.
2. All ot 8's and up.

If I'm the last man on the planet, I don't have to frick any fatties. I'd frick only the hottest and smartest ones.

It gets into some rotations, basically have to hope that the guy is a carrier for nothing bad genetically and all diversity will come from the matrilineal line. Sons would have to hit up the older generation to dilute for their generation.
