I get what you’re saying but Canada is different. You got houses 2 hours outside of Toronto that are still $500/sqft.

Not gunna lie. That is an ingenious use of space but no chance in hell that is worth more than 10% of the asking price.

Three things:
1. They easily could have put a real bathroom on one end on one of the floors. For some reason they did the bedroom bathroom combo on purpose.
2. I want to see what’s up the outside stairs on the roof.
3. Creative use of a narrow space, but it would 100% eventually drive you insane.

It’s a cool house design, shipping container homes are always unique, but they are higher than giraffe snatch to be asking 2 million for that. I wouldn’t give them a cent more than 375,000 and that’s still a high figure.
