if you've passed by there in the last few weeks, you know exactly what I'm talking about!!! the all night block party that spills out onto Canal
what do you do?
a - call TD's office and the appropriate councilpeople several times a day?
b - hire a LOT of private security?
c - say to hell with it and close down?
