Wife and I have used a dohm for about 2 years. It is almost impossible for either of us to sleep without it now.

It's amazing how big of a difference it makes.

I'm a horrible sleeper so I use all kinds of things to sleep.

I live out of town so there's not a lot of noise at night besides frogs, ducks, and crickets.

Just give me a ceiling fan so I can't hear a clock ticking and I'm good.

With noisy arse teenagers in the house that assume normal sleeping hours are the exact hours I go to work every day, I find it a must.

Does an AC window unit count? Mine pretty much runs year round.

Does it send out vibrations that cancel out the vibrations from outside noise?

Use to. Then got with the fiancé and she wasn't a fan. Now I sleep in silence. Sleep the same but took me a couple of days to adjust

Yes we do. Been sleeping with one for about 10 years. We even have one that we travel with. If we forget it we have apps on our phone.

I cannot sleep in silence. Must have white noise.

Apparently you haven't tried alcohol in the correct quantity.

We were at her aunts for Thanksgiving. There wasn't even a fan in the room. I swear I could hear my fingernails growing

Nope, I don't like noise. The ceiling fan on low just to stir a little air around is poifick!
