Yea the original article said the video was tipped to LEO and the people in it described as Tulane fraternity members.
It will be easy enough to find out who they are, but sounds like Tulane trying to stay out of the fraternity lime light. After all, does Tulane campus police normally jump into investigations that have no evidence of their being an involvement with the University?

If they ate it right after, this shouldn't even be on the news. Could have just slit the throat, beheading is the same idea.
