WTF: Dead Hog on bus bench around Cortana

Just passed through the streets around Cortana. By Florline, there was a state police car blocking the right lane, and what I assume now is a CATS vehicle in the median. The CATS employee appeared to be reading a note by the bus bench, and propped up on the bench was a dead black hog. Someone trying to send a message to CATS???

Or their hog died and they decided to make the news by putting it on a bench and sticking a note on it

Yes, it would have, but I didn't get one...but my dashcam may have captured the hog. I won't know until this afternoon when I get home though.
