I guarantee they didn't know he was asthmatic.

And I guarantee opening the door for the dog was a stupid mistake.

What time did the concert begin? This is a video of the police arresting and hog tying the man. This almost looks like it was before the concert with it being still daylight outside. Of course the cops see the man filming and order him to stop. YouTube

But will his family be given millions of dollars in the pending lawsuit, like Garners?

I have no idea what was actually going on, but I find it hard to believe excessive force wasn't used. Probably some holier than thou cop trying to strong arm some guy that had a little too much fun. Very sad. Makes me think about all the Panic shows I have been to and it could have been me. Crazy... Go to a show and wake up dead. I could never imagine that. Cops need to take a common sense test before being allowed on duty.

Should have stopped after your opening preparatory clause. You do have no idea. Or are there any other bullshite sweeping generalizations or baseless theories you'd like to pull out of your arse to try to establish your E-coolness? "Look how edgy I am everybody! I bash cops!"

Do you have any idea how many in-custody deaths are the result of toxic level of narcotics in the subjects' systems prior to coming in contact with law enforcement? (Cocaine psychosis, bath salts, etc) No, obviously not. It's just easier just to spout off some hackneyed, hipster stereotype of police.

Here's my off-the-cuff theory:

1. Skippy takes a lethal dose of some type of narcotic
2. Said drug causes Skippy to act strange, irrational or outright dangerous to himself or others, causing witnesses or acquaintances to call police
3. Police take Skippy into protective custody for transport to medical services. Skippy' behavior necessitates him being restrained in some manner.
4. Due to toxic levels of the substance, Skippy now expires.

Oh, wait. My theory wasn't some infantile effort to appear cool on the interwebs. It's supported by hundreds of incidents and my own anecdotal experience.

Probably not nearly as much because he was on drugs. And the hospital too.

I'm over 40. I go to many concerts - some of which are of the jam band variety like WSP or Phish. I see lots of drugs. I refuse to partake. I have never been arrested or even stopped by cops much less died in police custody. Coincidence? I think not.

Look you dope fiends may get your wish and have drugs decriminalized. But that doesn't mean I won't LOL my arse off when your chickens come home to roost.

What kind of dipshit goes to a concert at age 30 with his wife with an infant at home and takes a bunch of drugs and act a fool? The dipshit dead kind.

No. Just a grown man who doesnt think not being in control of your actions in public is cool. Especially when you are a father of a young child. He should have known better.
