Leon White, who performed as Big Van Vader – one of pro wrestling's biggest heels in the 1980s and '90s for both WWE and WCW – told fans Monday on Twitter that he has two years left to live.

According to White, doctors have told one of the industry's most beloved big men that years of football and professional wrestling have led to congestive heart failure, which likely will become fatal in the coming years.

Gains?

He was four hundred plus pounds of course he was going to get chf or some cardiac issue. he was also a pretty sensitive guy in the locker room. Shawn Michaels was a total prick to him.

With that said he was really agile for a big dude.

I seriously doubt a cardiologist told him he has 2 year left to live. Not saying he won't die in 2 years, but that's an oddly specific number he threw out considering heart failure has a range of outcomes. Also, football and professional wrestling didn't cause the heart failure.

He was the most agile Super Heavyweight of all time.

He used to wear this bad arse headgear to the ring when he first came to WCW from Japan.

I have a csb about Vader. Some years back my brother and friend are at the ponchartrain center. They are piss drunk and somehow end up back stage at this mma event. Vader is back there. In there best judgement they decide to introduce themselves. Said he was a stand up guy. Very nice. Talked with them for a half hour or so. Apparently his son was fighting in the event.
