Friday. Mondays are still going to be Mondays even if you're off of work because everyone else is going through their Monday so they're all pissed off. Be off when everyone else is happy.

Friday off because I’d rather start my weekend earlier. Tuesday would just become the new Monday with Monday’s off.

Monday, everyone else will take Friday off and I don't have to deal with them either day.

Friday.

IF someone would change the name of Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday, society would be much happier IMO.

Monday. Friday’s are so casual anyway, it would feel like a 4 day weekend.

Monday’s for sure. Friday isn’t a real workday anyway.

Monday. Monday's suck in general and Friday's are much more laid back. Plus I usually leave early on Friday's.

Monday. People, myself included, are pretty miserable on Monday.

Having Monday off would allow me to enjoy my Sunday and the NFL a whole lot more. Currently, Sunday is a day in preparation for the upcoming week. I clean the house, do laundry, go to the grocery store, etc. It would be nice to be able to kick back and do all of that stuffy on Monday.

Friday is already casual and people are generally in a good mood because of the upcoming weekend.
