Louisiana.

Ranked out of the 50 US states:

Health Care: 45th out of 50

Education: 48th out of 50

Economic: 49th out of 50

Crime: 50th out of 50 (The lower the ranking, the higher amount of recorded crimes per year)

I'm also taking the liberty of crowning them champs in basketball and baseball, as well since the other teams are apparently too scared to play them they had the NCAA shut everything down.

Thanks for the clarification. I figured that we might have a lower crime rate than Utah, Maine, and Montana.

The reason why LSU will always have the potential to be one of the elite programs is also the same reason why the state of Louisiana is ranked so terrible in the other measurable categories.
