Worse company for outages, Entergy or Cox?

Power is out at work right now. No clue how long it's been out, employees showed up at 530 am to no power. crazy thing is only 2 buildings on this street don't have power Us and our immediate neighbor. and it's the middle of summer. Hoping they hit their 9 am time of restoration.

Comcast - arguably the most incompetent, dysfunctional company I have had to deal with.

Cox internet goes offline for at least 4-5 hours a week. Entergy only screws up when it storms. Both suck imo.

Entergy and its not even close. Every time it rains, the power on my street goes out and is generally out for minimum 3hrs.

I've heard Entergy is the worst.
