I'm not. The fun part is I'm currently doing the duties of 3 people, big time cost saving measure for the company. Yet I'm getting paid less to do it.

I get a monthly bonus based off the sales for the biz units I handle, the new ones that got dumped in my lap on about 20 minutes notice are all underperforming and my main biz units are hitting 200% + of our goal so it's a nice bonus check. They lagging units now pull my %'s down and I get dick on a bonus.

They had a full month to transition all of this to me and have the people that were leaving get me up to speed on the little things and abnormalities in their job. Somehow I was squeezing 110 hours of work into 50. Now I've got about 75 hours worth that I can just barely get done in 40, but it's running on a thread and I took a sick day today before I lost it to sleep in, get some yard work done, post on the OT, crank one out, grill a steak at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, have a solid buzz by noon, and then airdrop back into the craziness tomorrow.

ETA: I won't be turning down the next job offer that comes my way.

frickin' A! There is nothing equal about men and women. Not a goddamn thing. We're smarter and stronger. They're more caring, weaker, and seem to lack what we men think of as 'honor' or committment to an ideal. they're all chameleons and hypergamous branch swinging ladder climbers, if they're allowed to be. In this country, we've let our women turn feral, much to the detriment of our culture and our future. Feral women ride the cock carousel, demand equality (which only exists in their minds), and generally serve to make masculinity a taboo. No thanks and more power to you, Mr. CtotheVrzbck.

So who do these ladies turn to when they can't get the copy machine to work or there's a printer jam or we need to move files or junk to the warehouse or storage. My favorite is being asked to run things downstairs because the lesbo is too fat and lazy to shuffle herself down 2 flights of stairs and it might take a rescue operation to get her back up them.

Turn the tables on them.

Act extremely offended when they ask this of you and voice your opinion - loudly.

In the next meeting, tell them that just because you are a man doesn't mean you are the office trail donkey. You are not the beast of burden that is to be summonsed every time a female has menial manual labor to be done. Tell them you are an honorable and prideful man that would like to be respected for your strong mind and not your strong back and will no longer be manipulated into doing manual labor for the slothful.

Be thankful for the exercise. It will keep you from being perceived as overweight.

There's your answer. You don't have time to do any of their pack animal requests. Next time box lugging comes up rattle off the next five things on your task list and say you'll try when that's done.

Don't bring the gender war into it. Remind them that you're a producer who is staying focused.
