Running. I like playing basketball, soccer, tennis which requires lots of running, but running by itself is boring as frick.

60 lb. dumbell walking lunges across the gym to finish my leg workout. No amount of pre workout or Mastodon can make those appealing.

Just getting to the gym is my biggest struggle.

Other than that, probably chest/bench press. One reason is that it is always crowded as shite. And, my max isn't much so I feel weak.

That's a good one. I hate lunges. I do them, but I hate them.

Most ab work is excruciating for me. It takes a long time; it gets boring; and it hurts.

You know, you don't have to do it on Monday.

Incline bench press - it feels awkward to me.

&

Leg Extension - don't like the pressure on my knees.

Running. Any other form of cardio is better. As for weights, seated dumbbell shoulder presses. Getting a decent amount of wight up there is such a pain in the arse. I am always worried about wrecking my shoulder getting them in the start position. I also do standing barbell presses for some workouts but like to mix it up.

I'll put leg press on there. I haven't touched those in 15 years.

Running. I hop on the treadmill and run. I have a set speed that I am going to run and set intervals that I'm going to run at ___ MPH. Today, I ran 3.92 miles in 30 minutes. That sucks. Running always sucks, but I do it for the cardio and to stay in decent shape.

It's probably a tie for me between lat pulldowns and bent over rows. I'm not a huge fan of stiff legged deadlifts, leg curls, or anything that works hamstrings/lower back either
